Senator Alex Bergstein was elected in 2018 to the 36th District in Connecticut. She is the first woman ever to be elected to this position and the first Democrat in 88 years. She is a corporate lawyer and advocate for women, children and the environment. She is a PhD candidate in Environmental Law at Yale and a proud mom of three children.
