LiveGirl is dedicated to providing programs and services that are accessible and welcoming to people of all abilities and needs. In addition, staff are trained on the federal, state, and local guidelines and ADA best practices and standards.

We have some basic rules of engagement we would like to share. They are fairly simple, and should be nothing new to you, but we want to make sure we are clear regarding what type of conduct is acceptable on our Facebook page. We expect you to follow these guidelines so please take a minute to read them and keep them in mind whenever you participate.

We want to hear from you and, therefore, encourage comments, critiques, questions and suggestions. We simply ask that you stay on topic, post content and commentary that is relevant and applicable, respect other people’s opinions, avoid profanity and offensive statements, refrain from posting illegal content, and do not post any personal information such as your email address or phone number. Specifically, we will not accept posts that are:

• Abusive, harassing or threatening to others

• Defamatory, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence

• Hateful, racist, sexist or discriminatory in any way

• Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful

• Spamming in nature

• Link baiting (embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to your own site)

• Infringing someone else’s trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights

Please note that photos, whether emailed to us or posted on this Facebook page, will not be accepted if vulgar, depicting violence, obscene, offensive (racist, sexist or in any way discriminatory) or off-topic and our company in its sole discretion has the right to refuse publication of any photo it does not deem appropriate or relevant for the community. Furthermore, we request that you do not tag yourself in photos that you do not appear in.

We also will not tolerate the uploading of files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or are deliberately disruptive, or the use of our Facebook page to sell products, solicit money, or recruit fans or followers.

Please understand that conduct outside of these guidelines will result in your comment being removed, and possibly, you being banned from our Facebook page. We actively moderate and engage on this Facebook page, so if your comment does not appear, there is a good chance that you’ve violated one of the conditions above.

Finally, please be aware that anything posted or in any way disclosed on our Facebook page can be reproduced, disclosed, transmitted, published, broadcast and/or posted somewhere else and that we reserve the right, without compensation to you, to use any ideas, concepts, or techniques that you disclose, including anything having to do with the development, manufacturing and marketing of our products and services.

Additionally, by submitting the content you are certifying to our company that you have all of the rights and permissions necessary to grant the foregoing rights and permissions to us. If you submit photos you are agreeing to GoLiveGirl using your full first name and first initial of your last name in the caption of your image, unless otherwise indicated in your submission e-mail.
