Program Assistant Position
LiveGirl is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated team member to support our programs and events!
*Connecticut residents only.
Program Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:
Administrative 40%
Manage administrative duties for Confidence Club/High School Programs, Leadership Council, etc. (organize, track, and file Confidence Coach forms, reports, snapshots, and calendars).
Initiate marketing forms with Selena for our programs
Help organize storage units and track inventory as well as prioritize finding a remote-centric supplies solution.
Daily check-ins with the Program Director.
Handle other program duties as instructed by the Program Director.
Event Planning and Coordination - 40%
Assist in planning and execution of training sessions, middle and high school events, and other LiveGirl programs. (March HS Leadership Summit, HS Camp Counselor retreat, etc.)
Conduct midpoint check-ins with coaches.
Attend site visits to assigned Confidence Clubs.
Assist with setup and breakdown of events and trainings.
Represent LiveGirl at community events (resource tables, panels, etc.).
Provide logistical support for events and manage data input related to planning and execution.
Coordinate storage move-out
Metrics and HubSpot Integration - 20%
Ensure all middle and high school program registration forms through Hubspot
Input and maintain accurate data in HubSpot to track organizational metrics.
Leverage HubSpot for improving metrics transparency and retention efforts.
Use HubSpot to compile and analyze data for organizational decision-making.
Support the Program Director in tracking event and program outcomes using HubSpot's reporting tools.
Enhance transparency by maintaining real-time data updates for tracking retention and engagement.

LiveGirl is offering a variety of paid internships for the 2025–26 school year for college students who are passionate about making a difference.
These roles are a great way to grow your skills, build your resume, and support a mission you believe in.
Internships are available in youth mental health, workforce development, advocacy, fundraising, marketing, and CRM systems. Each role requires a 15-hour monthly commitment and may be expanded to meet academic credit requirements. Most positions are remote and open to students in any state, with occasional in-person events or meetings available for those based near Connecticut.

SHE WORKS INTERN
*Open to all currently enrolled college and university students in the U.S. Students from Connecticut schools are encouraged to apply
Time Commitment: 15 hrs/month (expandable for CT colleges and universities students)
Ideal Background: Human Resources, Business, Workforce Development
Responsibilities: Coordinate internship matching through the LiveGirl’s Internship Portal, support workshops and events, manage SHE WORKS inbox and outreach
Format: Remote with optional in-person involvement

MARKETING INTERN
*Students from all Connecticut colleges and universities are encouraged to apply
Time Commitment: 15 hrs/month (8–12 hrs/week for credit students)
Ideal Background: Marketing, PR, Communications, Business
Responsibilities: Create social media and newsletter content, support outreach, event promotion, and CRM updates (Squarespace, HubSpot)
Format: Hybrid – remote with Tuesday Team Time encouraged
Preferred Skills: Canva, Mailchimp; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Confidence Coach Position
LiveGirl is looking for professionals to join our team as a Confidence Coach for our next program cycle dates (Feb 10 - early April)!
*Connecticut residents only.
Pay it forward and mentor the next generation of fierce, female leaders. We are looking for HIGH ENERGY leaders to facilitate an after-school mentoring group with middle school girls for eight weeks. As a LiveGirl mentor, you will be trained on our evidence-based curriculum. This is your opportunity to champion women and girls and help close the female leadership gap.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Attending a mandatory professional development training
Facilitating an 8-week Confidence Club with middle school girls, weekly 75 minute sessions
Providing weekly updates to Program Director and our Professional Leadership Network
What is Confidence Club?
Confidence Club is an 8-week curriculum-based mentoring program that creates a safe space for girls to develop self-esteem and social-emotional intelligence, the essential building blocks of a confident leader. The small group (8-15 girls) meets weekly with a trained facilitator to share concerns and interests, thus providing an opportunity to connect with other girls and talk in a safe environment without judgment.
