Marketing & Communications Manager
LiveGirl is seeking a strategic and creative marketing leader to drive brand strategy, marketing, and communications. This role plays a critical part in elevating our voice, expanding our reach, and advancing our mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
β Lead integrated marketing and outreach strategy to expand brand awareness, audience
engagement, and program participation.
β Develop and execute creative, mission-aligned marketing campaigns that elevate LiveGirlβs voice
and advance organizational growth goals.
β Understand key stakeholders (girls, parents, donors, partners, etc.) and develop targeted brand
messaging and content, including newsletters, annual report, annual appeal, promotional
materials, and storytelling assets. Create presentations and proposals for the Board and donors.
β Lead website content strategy, management, and optimization to ensure alignment with brand
positioning and user engagement goals.
β Develop and execute social media strategy; oversee intern, volunteers, or contractors in content
creation and asset development.
β Utilize HubSpot data analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize engagement, and
strengthen donor and participant storytelling.
β Lead digital production and platform management for virtual programming and events,
including live sessions, webinars, podcasts, and related online platforms. Serve as internal
technology lead for Google Workspace, Canva, and communications systems, providing team
support, troubleshooting, and ensuring brand alignment across digital assets.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
β Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required. Masterβs
degree preferred.
β Minimum of 5-7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications.
β Demonstrated experience in storytelling and creative content development across digital
channels.
β Experience in mission-focused marketing to support major organizational initiatives, events, and
campaigns strongly preferred.
β Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently plan, manage, and execute
multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion.
β Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven
environment.
β Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva applications.
β Deep knowledge of social media marketing and analytics tracking across major channels,
including content planning and implementation.
β Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred.
β Passion for content marketing, communications, and digital storytelling.
β Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Flexible Work Environment & Benefits:
This is a hybrid position with approximately one in-office day per week in Westport, CT, with the remainder remote. Occasional travel may be required based on program, event, or organizational needs. This role reports to the COO. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $68,000 annually, plus benefits. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and organizational holidays. Program Operations Coordinator
LiveGirl is seeking a full-time Program Operations Coordinator to provide operational and
administrative support across key teams and program functions. This role is ideal for an
organized, service-minded professional who enjoys coordinating details, supporting multiple
priorities, and keeping projects moving.
The Program Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the SHE WORKS
Director with the program participant internship student matching process. The role will also
support event coordination and planning activities in partnership with all programs and
functions, supporting the successful execution of donor and community engagement activities.
In addition, the Program Operations Coordinator will support HR and internal platforms, support
reporting, and provide general program support across LiveGirl. This role will also support other
operational and administrative priorities as assigned, based on organizational needs and
seasonal program activity. Hubspot experience is a plus.
Time Allocation - Estimated and Demand Based (40 hours per week)
β Approximately 1/3 SHE WORKS coordination and alumni support
β Approximately 2/3 General program operations, Hubspot and Operations Plan reporting,
events support and HR support.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. SHE WORKS administrative support
β Maintain internship student matching trackers and status lists as directed by the SHE WORKS
Director
β Support scheduling for participant and employer conversations, trainings, and key program
meetings
β Prepare and organize program materials, meeting agendas, notes, and follow up items
β Support onboarding logistics for interns, mentors, and employer partners through checklists
and task tracking
β Support communication coordination by preparing drafts, reminders, and confirmations for
review and sending by program leadership
β Facilitate coordination and execution of the Alumni Network, including communications,
engagement activities, and alumni programming.
2. Event coordination support for Development, SHE CARES, and Marketing
β Support event logistics by maintaining task lists, timelines, and supply checklists created by
managers
β Assist with registration tracking, attendee lists, run of day materials, and event packets
β Coordinate volunteer schedules and confirmations for events as assigned
β Run time sensitive errands related to events and activities, including supply pick ups,
printing, and material preparation
β Support event setup, breakdown, and post event administrative follow up as needed
3. HR and internal platform operations support
β Provide administrative support for HR workflows such as onboarding logistics, document
organization, and staff training trackers
β Support internal platform administration tasks including basic updates, list maintenance, and
user support requests routed through Operations
β Maintain organized shared folders, documentation, and standard templates to support team
efficiency
4. Reporting, operational task support, and general program support
β Run standard reports and export data from HubSpot or other platforms as assigned, then
share in a clear format with the requesting manager
β Support operational plan tracking by updating status and preparing weekly or monthly
summaries
β Provide general program administrative support across teams, including documentation,
supply coordination, and communications support
β Support seasonal activities requiring logistics coordination, including Summer Camp
preparation and execution support
β Assist with maintaining organized program and event supplies, including inventory lists and
storage readiness
Professional Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following credentials, background, and personal skills:
β Bachelorβs degree required, Masterβs degree preferred in Higher Education, Human
Resources, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
β Hubspot experience/familiarity a plus
β Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
β Ability to manage multiple tasks, track details, and follow through consistently
β Strong written and verbal communication skills
β Comfort using Google Workspace
β Ability to learn and work within databases and platforms such as HubSpot
β Professional and service-oriented approach with a willingness to pitch in when needed
β Interest in youth development, workforce readiness, education, or nonprofit work

Confidence Coach Position
LiveGirl is looking for professionals to join our team as a Confidence Coach for our next program cycle dates (Feb - April)!
*Connecticut residents only.
Pay it forward and mentor the next generation of fierce, female leaders. We are looking for HIGH ENERGY leaders to facilitate an after-school mentoring group with middle school girls for eight weeks. As a LiveGirl mentor, you will be trained on our evidence-based curriculum. This is your opportunity to champion women and girls and help close the female leadership gap.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Attending a mandatory professional development training
Facilitating an 8-week Confidence Club with middle school girls, weekly 75 minute sessions
Providing weekly updates to Program Director and our Professional Leadership Network
What is Confidence Club?
Confidence Club is an 8-week curriculum-based mentoring program that creates a safe space for girls to develop self-esteem and social-emotional intelligence, the essential building blocks of a confident leader. The small group (8-15 girls) meets weekly with a trained facilitator to share concerns and interests, thus providing an opportunity to connect with other girls and talk in a safe environment without judgment.
