Our research shows that developing key skills such as professional interpersonal communication, strong resume writing, and effective digital communication can boost your career confidence and help you excel in your internship. Our "College to Internship Prep" Fall Training empowers women by covering essential topics like resume building, interview preparation, networking strategies, and personal branding. This series prepares students to succeed professionally and advocate for diversity in the workplace.
SHE WORKS is excited to introduce C.R.E.W. Peer Networking Groups – Confident, Resilient, and Educated Women starting in November! These dynamic peer networking groups are designed to help you build strong relationships, learn together, and sharpen your networking skills in a supportive community. 60-70% of youth feel lonely today- CREW will provide our young women with connection and belonging, just as important as networking for professional purposes.
Each month, you'll meet with your group and a professional SHE WORKS mentor to dive into engaging discussions on topics chosen by your group. With groups based on shared interests and majors, and limited to just six women, you'll have the opportunity to form meaningful connections. Plus, we encourage in-person meetings for an even more impactful experience! Sign up by November 8th.
The "All About SHE WORKS Program" info session is mandatory for SHE WORKS Applicants. During this session, students can ask questions and receive the next steps for the SHE WORKS Summer 2025 Program.
