SHE WORKS Spring Career Readiness Training
The SHE WORKS Spring Career Readiness Program is designed to help college women build the confidence, skills, and connections needed to successfully navigate the transition from school to the workforce.
Through six virtual sessions, participants will strengthen the real-world skills your degree alone can’t teach you, including communication, networking, professionalism, leadership, self-advocacy, financial literacy, and workplace confidence.
Classes take place virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 12 through May 28, from 4:00–5:15 PM ET on Zoom. Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion that can be added to LinkedIn and resumes.
Session Topics Include:
01 • Walk into any room and own it. (Professionalism & self-leadership)
02 • Build a network that opens doors. (Relationships & networking)
03 • Speak up. Take up space. (Confidence, values, presence)
04 • Manage time. Don’t let it manage you.
(Time management & communication)
05 • Get smart about money. Early. (Personal finance)
06 • Name the bias. Navigate it. Rise anyway. (Breaking down barriers)
This program is open to the public. You do not need to be part of SHE WORKS to attend.
