Current High School or College Student
Passion for empowering and supporting adolescent girls
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both online and offline
Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Access to a smartphone and computer with internet access
Prior experience in leadership roles, volunteering, or advocacy work is a plus
