SHE WORKS Purpose/Mission:

To provide internship equity and equip young women with career-readiness skills, professional purpose, professionalism, and social capital (network) so they may thrive in the workforce. 

SHE WORKS equips young women with career-readiness skills and connects them with internships at companies that demonstrate female leadership.

SHE WORKS is an accredited, equal opportunity internship program with both paid and unpaid internships and volunteer opportunities (determined by employer).
