OPEN TO GIRLS OF ALL AGES
Parent/daughter workshop, open to the community, free of charge!
We believe conversation is the catalyst for change.
This workshop will start with a self-inventory of one’s current mental health and proceed with ideas and goal-setting to re-establish a healthy lifestyle: staying mindful in the present, focusing on what you can control, and monitoring habits, emotions, and thoughts.
