Meet The Hosts: Sheri & Olivia West
Sheri West is passionate about equity and inclusion. She is a former management executive turned social entrepreneur with over 25 years of corporate and leadership development experience. She founded LiveGirl nine years ago to pay it forward to the next generation of diverse female leaders. Sheri regularly speaks on a wide range of topics relating to women’s leadership, co-hosts the Confident Podcast with her college daughter, and provides thought leadership through her “She Makes It Work” LinkedIn newsletter. Sheri advocates loudly for policies and practices that open doors for girls and women.
Olivia West is the Co-Founder of LiveGirl and an equity activist. She is a college sophomore at UPenn majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, where she writes and takes photos for the Daily Pennsylvanian, works in admissions, and volunteers with the Penn Dems and at the Civic House. Olivia was named a Top Ten Teen to Watch by Moffly Media.
