Megan is a certified fitness instructor to celebrities and professional athletes. She is a fitness expert and has published articles for Women's Health, Oxygen Magazine, Serendipity, and Well + Good NYC. Megan provides fitness concierge services & helps clientsattack their health and wellness goals from multiple angles and with individualized approaches. Megan also works as fitness model and coaches youth lacrosse. She is passionate about helping girls and women achieve healthier lifestyles.
