How LiveGirl Helped Me Grow:

It has been a great way to talk about EVERYTHING. I've learned new strategies to deal with my anxiety and I have taken "rose, bud, thorn" home and do it every night with my family as a way of talking about my day. 

One thing I love about LiveGirl is meeting new people. It has been a way to feel connected. I feel welcome in my new community. I take the time to get to know others and lead with kindness.
