Program Assistant (part-time)
Position Details
10–15 hours per week
Paid part-time position
Hybrid schedule with a mix of remote and in-person work
Some occasional evenings may be required for programs and events
Location: Fairfield County, CT
What You’ll Support
Assist with planning and coordinating LiveGirl programs and events
Support program registration, attendance, and participant communication
Help coordinate with coaches, school/community partners, and families
Prepare program materials and supplies
Support onsite programming and events
Assist with data collection, surveys, and program tracking
Help with outreach and follow-up with program partners
Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Program Director
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
A strong communicator who is comfortable working with youth, families, coaches, and community partners
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Excited about youth leadership, confidence-building, and community programming
Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and basic administrative systems
Experience in nonprofit, education, youth development, or program coordination is a plus

Confidence Coach Position
LiveGirl is looking for professionals to join our team as a Confidence Coach for our next program cycle dates (Feb - April)!
*Connecticut residents only.
Pay it forward and mentor the next generation of fierce, female leaders. We are looking for HIGH ENERGY leaders to facilitate an after-school mentoring group with middle school girls for eight weeks. As a LiveGirl mentor, you will be trained on our evidence-based curriculum. This is your opportunity to champion women and girls and help close the female leadership gap.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Attending a mandatory professional development training
Facilitating an 8-week Confidence Club with middle school girls, weekly 75 minute sessions
Providing weekly updates to Program Director and our Professional Leadership Network
What is Confidence Club?
Confidence Club is an 8-week curriculum-based mentoring program that creates a safe space for girls to develop self-esteem and social-emotional intelligence, the essential building blocks of a confident leader. The small group (8-15 girls) meets weekly with a trained facilitator to share concerns and interests, thus providing an opportunity to connect with other girls and talk in a safe environment without judgment.
